Peach Tiramisu...Trust me, I tried.

At least I tried...hahaha

I do love desserts. Who doesn't? I tried to make a fair few following the recipes I found online. So far, the only dessert I've quite successfully made was mango float and thankfully it was edible enough or maybe YY didn't have a choice but to eat it? hahaha! Anychuvss, I've been craving for peaches. I've been wanting to make peach tiramisu but YY only wanted to eat mangoes. Haay!

Last Saturday, I decided to drop by at the supermarket to buy some adhesives and turmeric powder but I ended up buying three kinds of adhesive and few more items. This is what I hate when going to the supermarket. Before I ventured to the store, I already had an imaginary list of few things that I would buy but I ended up buying more items I wasn't supposed to. Crazy. And this happens every time. That's why I don't like going to supermarket. :p

So yes, I was looking for turmeric when I saw a small pack of cinnamon powder so I took one. Then I suddenly remembered the peaches so I sashayed to the canned fruit section. Scanned the shelves for the cheapest can of holy peaches. Hahaha! I actually found one and saved 5 pesos. Hehehe :D I also bought cocoa powder, cream cheese, Kremdensada and powdered milk. Konti lang but they weren't on my list.

When impatience strikes....
Peaches ♥♥♥

Patience really is a virtue but I only got few strands left which I reserve for my students. Since I didn't reserve any for this and since I couldn't wait any longer to savor it, I mixed cream cheese and the unchilled Kremdensada. It got so lumpy! Ah, laziness and impatience combined. I got no other choice but to put the mixture in the freezer. Hahaha! Kainis lang.

I managed to submerge the slices in my pitiful attempt to make few pitiful mini peach roses hours later. Close enough to what I have imagined. Hahaha! At least I tried.

This for P200 budget.
